Retirement Readiness Test for Cops
by Daniel Goldfarb

Do you want to take the "Retirement Test?" Just remember that this quiz is based on a pilot study plus my observations. It is not the do all and say all of retirement tests! Do not use the results of this test to make important life decisions! The purpose of the test is to help you generate ideas about your upcoming retirement that might help make the transition easier. Please view the test this way.

I recommend that you print out this page and use an old fashion pencil to complete it. If you are really smart, you'll discuss the test and results with your spouse or significant other.

DIRECTIONS: After each statement below put the number that most closely represents your view in the box at the right. Then add up all the numbers to find your score. Score interpretations are located at the end of the quiz.
